When you open the right side door and look down at it you see a sponge looking roller. That is called Second transfer roller. The paper will go between that roller and transfer belt the shinney belt inside the machine it aligns with. During operation the roller should retract. There is a senor and motor that work together to execute the procedure. You will have to remove the assy. to get to the motor and sensor if its not them its the main board serious buckets and I doubt you can get one.

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.

tis error means abnormal tonder density in the balck image unit take the blacke image unit out and shake it while holding it level and put it back in the machine to reset the error code leave the machine on and open then close the front door

Its a fuser code. To reset it the code and get it to work again.
1)Turn the main power off ( the switch behind the toner door )
2)Hold down the Utility button while you turn the machine back on.
3)Keep holding till you see "Trouble reset"
4) Push trouble reset then turn off and on the machine and will start working
