My c380 defy ridge keep on running for days its cold but motor does not go off whlie its cold

I cant find spares for that unit but you should inspect it to see if there is a starter capacitor on the compressor and if there is, replace it.

Sounds like either you have a defective fan motor or it is not getting the proper voltage.

There are several reasons ...
MOST likely is an ice blockage keeping
the air from properly flowing through the
EVAPORATOR section of your FREEZER...
As difficult as this sounds
The first and best thing to attempt is to find a SAFE place for your FOOD for several days (3).
UNPLUG, empty and completely OPEN the unit
and allow it to DEFROST naturally
Do NOT apply any HEAT... ROOM TEMPATURES only!
A portable FAN can speed things along...
(( be prepared for a LOT of WATER )).
Check on your LOCAL internet for part (spares) supply houses.

Fixing a DEFROST failure is not difficult.
only three elements
- Defrost thermostat
- timer or PC control
- heater element
If there is NOT ANY ICE... it is MOST LIKELY
your EVAPORATOR fan.

check that the motor shaft is free running as the front bearing could be seizing from oven heat
if it is good , replace the fan motor

Either the laser is dirty or on it's way out or you are warming up the laser decoder to make it work or the motor the cd sits on is stiff

When viewing from the rear there are small protrusions at 2 & 4 o'clock on one side and 8 & 10 o'clock on the other side of the motor suspension bracket. These are hooked behind an internal ridge in the barrel. On one side the barrel must be expanded at these points and the motor suspension bracket will pop out on that side under the action of the support spring on the end of the motor. There is a special tool for this but it can be achieved as below.
You will need two screwdrivers smallish but still strong/stiff enough.
At the 3 o'clock position insert one screwdriver from the rear between the barrel & the plastic motor bracket. Lever against the plastic bracket using the tip to expand the barrel outwards. Make sure the screwdriver is inserted far enough until the tip is against the ridge in the barrel. The stiffness of the ridge will keep distortion of the barrel to a minimum. Insert a second screwdriver at the same point. Keep levering the barrel outwards far enough so that the second can be pushed past the ridge holding the barrel outwards. Remove the first screwdriver and lever the barrel outwards working towards the 2 & 4 o’clock positions until the bracket pops out on that side. The other side then will also be free.

Defrost cycle has problems. Could be defrost timer, heat element, or defrost stat. temporary solution, if you can see ice accumulated inside the fridge on the back wall, desconnect or turn it off, until this ice it's gone, can be use for couple days, until service could be done on it.

We solved this by replacing the thermostat with a new one.
