HOW CAN I FIX THE PROBLEM MYSELF ?
Whatever you do: DO NOT PUT IN GROUNDED COFFEE IN THE MACHINE. You'll need to buy coffee beans instead of grounded coffee. If you fill it with grounded coffee, the machine will break down. If you already did put in grounded coffee, get everything out with a vacuum cleaner. The chance is high if you putted grounded coffee in it that the machine is already broken and needs to be professionally be repaired. about the other question, did you fill it with water and did you do a flush run beforehand?
SOURCE: Water noise coming from heater
Maybe the blower motor, either the bearings in the motor are worn, causing the shaft to vibrate. Also it could be the fan blade, or hamster wheel, attached to the fan could be broken. I've also seen foreign objects fall down in the heater box, and the fan would rub up against that and make a noise.
Try running apple cider vinegar through it. A few times. This is a mild acid that will get rid of mineral deposits from water. I do this on my coffee maker. Run straight water a few times after to get rid of the vinegar taste.
Insert steam spout and push OK.
Fill your tank and add descale solution.
Go to program settings - Descale.
Follow the prompts on the readout.
After descale and rise are complete refill your water tank.
Your system should now work as normal.
Note: If you do not have a descale solution, run the above with just water. Remember to descale when you obtain a descale solution.
