Does your copier have the finisher or saddle to have staples? There should be instructions in the user manuals for replacing staples. If you don't have the user manuals, I'd ask Canon to purchase replacement copies or look on the web.

I have downloaded a printer driver for BJC 1000SP for Canon inkjet printer but it i s not win 7 compatible so need help Venugopal
The only way to work around your problem if canon doesn't produce a new Win 7 driver, is to download & install "XP mode" on the win 7 machine. Google it and you will find numerous articles describing how to do this. Once installed, you can open the XP mode and install the printer there. Once you have it installed using the win xp drivers, make sure you click the tab at the top of the screen and select "attach" for the device you require. You have to repeat this attach process each time you open XP mode.

NOTE! XP mode will only work on WIN 7 Pro and upward.

Canon IR3300 Scanner
1) install Network ScanGear software from canon officiall site, search under ir 3300, and among all drivers there is scangear too.
2) when you install scangear, open it and press discover button, but the light scan on copier must be on, and set on ONLINE.
3) Then over eg. word2003 go to insert-pic.-from scaner or cam.-choose scangear- custom insert.

How to install canon ir 3300 printer installed ?
First make sure a tech's installed the Canon Network Multi-PDL Printer Kit for the IR3300 (includes network kit and BOOT-ROM).
When you press the counter check button do you see IR3300(IR2200N)? If not then you don't have the printer kit installed.
If you have the print kit installed, the print drivers can be downloaded from the Canon website. You'll need to have your copier on your network.
You could then setup a local printer using a tcp/ip port (assign your copier a static IP address) on your server and then share it on your network.
