Hi, first of all,pull out paper tray and check any paper,or scrap jammed.When paper tray is pulled out,open paper transport unit-You have green handle on the right side of machine,in the place of right side of paper tray.Pull out paper transport and remove paper.Just close paper transport unit and paper tray,open and close top cover.

Drum or Dv can cause it if they are not seated correctly. or the board that the drum or dv is connect too. might be bad cable or is not connected.
