I have forgotton pattern of my cell Aquos Phone SH-06D, Now want to reset my phone but reset menu is not opening while pressing Volume + Power Button together, what is the solution?

To perform a hard reset, or factory reset, then there are a number of methods to try:

1) From the home screen, press Menu - Settings - Privacy - Factory data reset - Reset phone. It may ask for a password. Then select Erase everything

If the phone is totally unresponsive, even after a reboot, then try the following methods.

2) While the phone is turned off, press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons together. Then, while holding these, press and release the Power button (keep holding the volume buttons). The phone should turn on and a menu will appear. Press the Volume down button to navigate to the Recovery option. Press the Volume Up to select (if that doesn't work, use the Power button to select). A yellow triangle and an Android logo will appear. Press the Volume Down and Volume Up button together and a recovery menu should appear. Use the Volume buttons to move to the Wipe data/Factory reset option and then press Power to select. Again, use the Volume Down key to choose Yes and press the Power button again to select.

3) While the phone is turned off, press and hold the Volume Down button. Then, while holding, press and release the Power button. A menu should appear. Use the Volume down key to go to Clear Storage. Use the Power button to select the option. Then when asked to confirm, press Volume Up for Yes.

4) While the phone is off, press and hold down Volume Up + Home + Power buttons at the same time. Then release the buttons when you see the Logo. Use the Volume Down button to go down and the Home or Power key to select. Choose the Wipe data/Factory reset option. Then Select Yes to delete all user data. Then choose to reboot the phone.

5) A final method is to enter the code into your phone's dialer: *2767*3855# This method will not give you an option to reverse the process, so be careful! If u have tried patteren lock many times ur phone will enter G-Mail lock(so called) i.e. will require G-mail and password.
DO NOT TRY TO ENTER ANYTHING.

easiest way to un-pattern (or remove G-Mail lock) any android including your a27 is.....to hard reset it...switch off ur phone...remove batteries......now insert battry and press volume up, camera and power on button together.....ur phone will go in download mode or boot mode.....now press menu (if menu doesn't show anything then press volume down button).....this should display several options on screan.... use volume keys to scroll to EREASE USER DATA ( otherwise u can also select CFT calliberation) select it by pressing menu.......now let your phone complete the process.....it will restart on its own......now patteren lockor G-Mail lock is removed. ....REMEMBER THIS PROCESS WILL REMOVE ALL UR STORED DATA INCLUDING PHONE BOOK ENTRIES WHICH ARE STORED IN PHONE MEMORY.

There is four simple step to format . just follow it.
remember if ur phone memory have important data so u should be aware that i will erase ur data.but there is no other methods so..

Do a factory reset from the recovery. Turn off your phone, then turn it on while pressing the Volume (-) button. Keep pressing the volume button until you get into a menu with a black blackground and green letters (it could be yellow, orange, or another color). Navigate it with the volume keys and select the Factory Reset option by pressing the power button. You will lose all data in the phone except for External SD card content.

1. Power down the phone then remove/reinsert the battery to ensure that the device is completely off
2. Press and hold the following keys for 10 seconds: Volume Down + Home Button + Power Button. Release all 3 keys when the Android Recovery Menu pops up
3. Press Volume Down to scroll down and highlight "wipe data/factory reset"
4. Press the Menu Button to select
5. Press Volume Down to scroll down and highlight "Yes - Delete All User Data".
6. Press the Menu Button to select
7. After data wipe is complete simply highlight "reboot system now" and select it by pressing the Menu Button.

my son change my password to my aqous docomo and he can't remember what it is.. can i ask for any default codes.. thank you

if you did not remember your unlock pattern ,you cannot open your phone anymore so you need to reset your phone like this...

1. Power off phone
2. Press and hold Home Button ( middle ) + Volume Up + power on button
3. Wait for 5 second until Android System Recovery menu appear
4. There are 4 options

reboot system now
apply update from sdcar
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition

5. Move the options to " Wipe data / factory reset " using volume down ( - ) button and menu button to confirm, because the touchscreen doesn't work in reovery mode
6. After the process done, phone will reboot.
