Fisrt try this fixes a few of these issues....

Unplug it (or turn off power at the circuit breaker), wait some time for the electrical charge to clear out of the dryer (usually 1 to 5 minutes at most), and then power it up again.

This problem could be one of many components , heater, t hermostat, thermal fuse, control board, wiring you would need to be noledgable about volt ohm meter to diagnose this problem . but try this turn breaker at panel off and back on this will reset the computer

Click the link for no drum turning. There is a belt in the machine that wraps all the way around it, the belt has come off or broken.

invalid heating temp when running. call for service.

Can you hear the motor running upon turning it on? If so the belt is off of the drum. If no noise is hear from the motor check the wiring to it especially the ground wires. You can have a faulty switch which is the one you push to turn on. All items must be check starting with the easiest first
