I have a DIVX kw-AV60BT when I turn it on it says I have a wiring problem

go to ur settings. you will find a divx code. with that code you have to log on to the internet and sign up. with that code you enter it (following the instructions) then you will recieve the update, with that update it will ask you to save it to disc or removable storage device. once saved, plug it into ur jvx deck and it should update automatically.

Just got this unit and had a similar issue, but mine was getting the iphone to play at all. On advice of the sales rep I bought the kit required to view movies with your iphone. The kit plug into the back of your radio using rca jacks and then utilizes the usb port. I can now use my iphone to play audio, movies and utilize i heart radio.

SOURCE: my jvc touch screen shows all info and even shows the time scrolling from track, but no sound comes out, does the same thing with pandora radio. all other features work fine tunner, cd player, etc...

hello, if all your wiring to the deck to the speakers checks out well, and if every speaker connected to the that wiring is in good working order, then chances are that the internal amplfier circuit is faulty. also try the "reset" feature before checking the speakers/speaker cabling. good luck.
