The phone is a Sony IT-M602 model. It records missed calls & I've forgotten how to listen to them and deleting them. Its not covered in the manual.

Delete voice mail by going through the keypad on your cell phone. The actual procedure depends on the kind of cell phone that you own. For example, on the Nokia 1100, hold down the "1" key while you are on standby. Tracfone connects you to your voicemail, where you can follow spoken menu instructions to listen to your voicemail. After you hear the voice message, you're asked if you want to delete your recordings.

This is not recommended, because connecting in this way uses up your minutes even if you just want to listen to them.

Use your landline phone to delete messages if you want to avoid using your Tracfone minutes. Turn off your cell phone so it doesn't ring and then call your cell phone number from a landline.

Press the "*" (star) key as soon as you hear your voice mail greeting. Then enter your password number and press the "#" (pound) key.

Listen to the instructions for accessing your voice mail, which can vary slightly depending on the phone you have. You are told the number of new and old messages you have, how to listen to them and how to store or delete them. Press the number for listening to the message to hear it, and then the number for deleting.

On most phones or cellphones when you select a Missed Call, you have some options. One of them is DELETE the missme call

pick up your phone hit the star button and 99. You have to listen to whole message before it gives you a delete option of 7

Check to see if ur call log is full and if it is u need to delete the history to begin storing future calls again and this needs to be done regularly to prevent this happening again.

You need to make sure you have programmed your area code...check the manual for setting up caller ID. You can search for the manual on line...go to Retrevo.com

When a call is received, the phone will automatically reset the time.

I went to the Sony web site and downloaded the user manual for free.

Hi you go to your answer button with is the green phone thingy. you press it ,as it opens it will show you the missed calls ,press on the missed call you received then you'll have the open button option. Just open it and the missed call red arrow ,should dissapear.

I had the same problem... it was solved for me by going into
Menu -> Calls -> More -> Delete All

I think the problem was that the missed and other calls were stored in the provider's server... and deleting each entry from the list was not deleting them from there, but instead just deleting the entry from my phone.. anyway... now it saves and shows the missed calls.
