HP manual shows removal of HD but manual is generic & the inside of my 350t does not look like what they're telling me per generic manual. I have remove the top two screws and push down what looks like the holder at bottom of cage but it seems like it's welded in! The generic installation manual for the pavilion elites shows a different inside than mine. I can't find one that shows the inside of my pavilion 350t

Make sure your computer is turned off.
Open up the case.
The hard drive will be hooked up with two cables, a power cable and a data cable.
Unplug both cables, unscrew the mounting screws, then pull the hard drive out.

No you have to remove the media drive cage from the front the panel comes off. then pull on green tab to remove it completely then you'll be able to reach the harddrive
