What do you mean by flash the chip? Are you wanting to format it? If so it's just like formatting any other drive.
If you are talking about updating the software on the drive, first is it not working correctly? If it is, it can be very dangerous to update the software unless you know, exactly, what you are doing. One mistake and the drive will not work, ever, again.
If you are looking to update the software on the drive, check the manufactures website for the software and the instruction.

I removed my pendrive without safe remove and its next ady onwards i am not able to detect my pendrive can anybody suggest some remedy??

Assuming that you are using windows, go to drive management and see if the pendrive is detected.
If so, right-click on it and format it.
Or look for the HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool and use it.

I have a problem in formating pendrive of transend v60 4 gb

one of the reason is it is affected by virus....try to scan with a fully updated system....another reason is that its having problem with its chip....claim for warranty

It sounds like a hardware issue. You didn't say whether the pendrive or flash drive was freezing on boot or not. It is possible your bios chip is loosely connected.

Can't view file in Kingston 8GB Pendrive.

Try this,
Format the drive using HP disc format tool after backing up the data.
Make sure you select FAT32 as file system.
You can download this tool from the following link,
