Blur copy means u need to clean CCD & add oil to the scanner moving rod i am sure problem will be remove
Try this . Make some copies ( at least 5) and open one of the covers while machine is making copies. Remove the paper jam and verify if the copy is blurred. Do this to be sure of what unit is causing the blurred copies. If copy information is good before the paper enter in the fixing unit . That mean the problem is is the fixing unit

The two problems may not be related. Adding toner should not under most circumstances cause copies to become light, unless the toner you are using is of a poor quality - I hope it is a Canon cartridge or quality generic. It sounds as though your fixing film or drum unit may need replacing, or perhaps you need to perform a install procedure. As the 'install - toner - start' option is free, try it first:
First press the head key and then the number '2' and '8' keys at the same time then press the head key again. This will take you into service mode - select 'copier' then 'install' then 'toner' then 'start'. This will run throught a cycle that takes a little while, I think about 599 seconds (sorry for been so accurate but unhelpful but that's what I remember from the display - never converted into minutes but you're welcome to).
But if you are having blurry or even dirty or light copies it may be the fixing film. When the copies are printed, immediately check if you can rub off the toner at all by rubbing the print with your fingers - if so this indicates that the fixing unit is not hot enough or there is not enough pressure - check that the fuser is in properly and that the jam release lever is not engaged.
Lastly, it could be your drum unit that is faulty or worn. Totest this you will need to try and stop the machine in the middle of printing before it reaches the fuser - open the front cover and latch down the transport bed with the green handle - remove the paper gently so as not to disturb the ink in any way and observe the image quality - if it is displaying the exact same symptoms then it is not your fuser and is probably the drum unit or dodgy toner - most likely the drum. However, if the image is fine, then it most definetely is your fuser film (and or perhaps the cleaning roller that cleans the film).
Good luck
SOURCE: canon ir-400 error load paper when i give data
More than likely your computer's setup for where it is to pull the paper from has designated the manual bypass tray (the flap on the side of the right side of the copier that holds paper) as it's main source. Go into the control panel/printersandfaxes/ and look under the profile tab of your copier. Good luck
SOURCE: How to copy a booklet on the canon 3045...
To make a stapled or folded booklet on the 3045 will require the "Saddle Finisher option. This is a finisher the attaches to the left side of the copier. It has 2 trays and an additional tray on the very bottom of the finisher. If you do not have this it will be impossible to make a booklet that is two sided with the pages properly sequenced. If you have the saddle finisher attached. On the screen select special features and on the first or second screen you will see a booklet button, press that and follow the prompts. If the booklet button is greyed out you do not have the Saddle Finisher.
