Either your battery is bad or your soldered contacts on the inside to the charger port are broken.

please write your phone's model no. to get into the details..it may be a Software problem, if it is then a Firmware upgrade will solve the issue, but if it doesn't then it must be the Hardware problem and for that you must take it to the Customer care or to the repair shop.

P.S. try to use different CHARGER.

JBL charge 4 stuck in demoo mode. How do I fix this. Also it can't turn on . when charging the power buttons turns on white and dosen't flash oor does anything.

Try doing default factory settings.
Step 1. Press the "Power" button located on the top center part of your JBL Charge 4 Bluetooth speaker. The speaker will be powered on when the LED backlight under the Power button is lit.
Step 2. Hold down the "Bluetooth" and "Volume Up" buttons at the same time for roughly three seconds. The Volume Up button looks like a plus sign. Additionally, it's important to hold down the "Bluetooth" button in the center of the device next to the Power button, as it's easier to hold down. After three seconds, the LED ring around the Power and Bluetooth buttons will briefly light up before the JBL Charge 4 powers down.
Step 3. Press the "Power" button again to turn the JBL Charge 4 Bluetooth speaker back on. The Charge 4 will instantly turn on in Discovery mode, with the Bluetooth LED blinking on and off, and the speaker making a pinging sound. This confirms that you've successfully reset your JBL Charge 4 to its default factory settings. You'll need to pair or re-pair any devices you want to play audio through the JBL Charge 4 speakers with the device.

I have a JBL Charge and it will not charge. After charging all night with a charger that I am sure is working properly, the blue light will come on then the unit powers off.

If you are positive that the charger is good, then the batteries have died a noble death and need replacement.

They are only good for so many recharge cycles before going to battery heaven.

Will not turn on, and will not charge, totally dead

Or if all you get is a green light when its plugged into an external charger, then you could have blown one of two Microchips on the charging circuit and to get it working again they will have to be replaced. If it has just become corrupt you can try resetting the tomtom
To reset your TomTom device, do the following:
  1. Check that the battery is charged properly.
Charge your device for at least 2 hours before trying to turn it on again. Make sure the charging light on your device is on.

  2. Remove the SD card
If your device uses an SD card, remove it.

  3. Reset your device.
Use a straightened paper clip, or something similar, to push the reset button for at least 15 to 20 seconds. See the pictures below for where to find the reset button.

  4. Turn your device on.
Press the On/off button for at least 5 seconds.

  5. Insert the SD card
If your device uses an SD card, insert the SD card.

Exact location of reset hole is in the picture below
