IF you paid with credit card, you can dispute it. if you paid with paypal you can do that dispute also. If you paid with cash or check or debit card, you are out of luck. Ask the seller to provide the receipt for shipping and if she cannot show it, you will have to sue her.

I think your best bet is to go to PayPal and see if the amount has been credited there.

There has been an increase in online products being "stolen" and resold to unsuspecting clients so this doesn't surprise me.

If there hasn't been any changes to your account, contact the seller again to see if they are indeed going to credit you.

If they simply ignore any communication, you can file a dispute against them with PayPal.

PayPal monitors all disputes and sets a time limit on how long this should be resolved.

If within that time limit, the seller chooses not to resolve the issue, PayPal will either "limit" or "freeze" the account.

When PayPal either limits an account or freezes it, the account user can't request payment, make payments or close their account.

They can't remove funds from the account either which can really affect the seller if they have a substantial amount in their account.

I hope this helps you and get your money returned to your account.

All the best to you

I purchased a Projective Copy Pad, and I'm not happy with it. I would like to return it for a refund. How do I proceed?

This depends where you bought it from, and what country you are in (as well as how long you have had the product). Return policies are determined by the policy of the seller, these may specify a time limit on returns, whether you can return an item that is used, and who pays for the return shipping if any. Contact your seller to find out the policies. If you purchased from Amazon, it depends whether the item was sold or fulfilled by Amazon, or sold by a third party "Marketplace" seller. Read the Amazon policies and the policies of the seller. You may also have rights of return depending on the country you purchased it in. Without knowing the make and model of the product or the seller, that's the best we can do.

Ebay account [email protected]

Ebay is a marketplace, not the seller of your item. Contact the seller to see about a refund. If it is not forthcomoing, open a case through the resolution center on Ebay. At that point if it isn't refunded, Ebay will get involved.

I have just ordered a tumble dryer which I want sent to my son in Norfolk not to me - help

Contact the seller and ask them to "drop ship" the item to the other address. Normally that's not a problem as long as you do so before it's been loaded on the truck.

I sent a postal order on payment for an item, iv not recieved the item and the seller is being horrible and wont help. they have accused me of lying about paying. i sent the payment to the address they...

Did you send the postal order registered post, where a signature is required on receipt?

You basically have no proof of posting it otherwise, it could be lost in the post.

If you sent it recorded delivery and it was signed for, then you could get the police involved.

I would open a case with ebay in case they have had complaints from buyers with this seller before. If you get the police involved, give ebay the incident number as it helps them with their enquiries.

Goodmorning .I got Jersey and its way to big what do or can i do Thanks

Hi there!
First, you can contact the seller and ask the seller if they can exchange it for a smaller size or a refund. If it's not as described in the listing, then you can file for the item not as described case that way, the seller will be notified about it. If the seller will not work things out with you, then you can escalate the case into a claim then eBay will give you the steps on how to return the address to the seller (although most of the time buyer will shoulder the return shipping as stated in their eBay buyer protection program, duh!) Just send back the item if you will see the return address of the seller in the case and don't click the close this case link if you haven't received the refund yet.
In returning the item, make sure that you will purchase tracking because it will be the one that eBay will use to issue the refund. Once it shows "delivered" then eBay will get the payment from the seller's recoupment payment method on file, if eBay can't get anything from it then eBay will shoulder the amount and will issue you refund.
Hope this helps! Please check my tips and tricks on how to file the cases. Thanks!

It seems that the item was sent to the wrong address, you need to contact the shipping carrier who delivered the package to send back the item to the seller. Shipping carrier company will be able to do that for you.

hope this helps... please dont forget to rate,,, thanks!
