KC do not list their instructions under watch types but issue a catalogue of generic instructions and you need to search through the catalogue to find the one that matches yours..

Scroll down the page and you will come to KC watch instructions.

Download the one that suits your watch.

Go to the Geneva watch group web site http://www.genevawatchgroup.com/ and click on customer service.

Scroll down the page and you will see a list of KC watch instructions (but no model numbers) and the first one looks like the one you need.

kc 3982 Hold the top right button, then push once the bottom left button. That should do the trick.....I just got the same watch, Do you know how to change the time?

I have looked at the KC web site and most of the instructions don't give model numbers., so it is impossible to see if any of the instructions listed refer to your watch.

Isyour watch automatic? If it is, then it needs to be shaken (gently) from side to side for a minute or two to wind it up.

If it is a quartz type and you have pressed the winder into the home position and it still doesn't start, take it back and ask for a replacement.

Are you sure the instructions aren't inside the lid? My instruction book was pretty well hidden inside the lid!

KC is a very tough one to find on line. Is it a specialty type band?? I dont know if yours is a leather or metal. If its a standard leather you can find at any store that carries bands. But otherwise, you may have to contact KC personally at 1-800-KEN-COLE.
