I believe you are referring to a Finbury Park lantern. The following site sells FP lanterns and bulbs. I suggest you query them with the specifics.
I hesitate to suggest other "bulb" sites as they might lack the ability to find the bulb simply by the lantern ID. If the bulb has an ID number, that would help.
