Betty crocker kettle can I replace light. Kettle still works

Question edited for clarity and toss in some CAPS.

It appears to be an unknown model. If it is a standard plug in kettle, you can get leads on Amazon or in Walmart / Home Depot.

It is the type where the kettle sits in a base and lifts off that base it is just a straight rewiring job.

If your Haden Richmond kettle is flashing all lights and the dry-boil reset sequence did not work, you can try the following steps to reset the kettle:

1. Unplug the kettle from the power source and let it cool down completely.
2. Remove the filter and check for any signs of damage or debris. If the filter is dirty or damaged, replace it with a new one.
3. Fill the kettle with water up to the maximum level mark.
4. Plug the kettle back in and switch it on.
5. Wait for the kettle to boil and switch off automatically.
6. Pour out the water and repeat steps 3-5 two more times.
7. After the third time, the kettle should be reset and ready for use.

Check the overheat sensor is working. Then check the heating element of the kettle. Or may rusted surface on the connecting terminals.

Sounds like you have a bad one. Return it to the store, there isn't any service that can be done on home use kettles.

I would think this is addressed in your owner's manual.

If for some reason you don't have your owner's manual, I would suggest calling the dealer where you bought it to see if they have a number for Betty Crocker.
