per the manual at http://www.lacrossetechnology.com/2316/manual.pdf on page 2 section 5 the unit sets its self to the world time radio signal from boulder colorodo on its own after it get the security code from the sensor pack.

Look on internet, google it. There was not your exact one but you may find one similar enough to do the trick. Companies often reuse code and procedures across products. Or try experimenting. Press or hold menu or mode key and keep on pressing until you get to what you want.

There should be adjustment buttons somewhere on the device. The actual time is set automatically by the atomic standard signal.
