You need to meet up with Phineas T. Ramsbottom the collector at Flatneck Station he is located outside sitting on some barrels have a quick chat with him and this will start the mission Smoking and Other Hobbies.Once you activate this mission you will then be able to mail your full collection of cigarette cards off :)

Ps Don’t sell your copies of cards to Fence unless you have more then 1 of that card.

Check you network connection setting on you PS3. That should tell you the ip you are using. To enable DMZ log into your router through your browser usually to do this the address is http://192.168.0.1/. You will be asked a password and user name. Most cases it is "admin" and password is left blank unless someone has changed it. Also with your PS3 connected the router will tell you the assigned ip address under wireless connections.

Did you purchase the game brand new or pre-owned? or is it a knock off copy? i only ask about the knock off copy idea because members of the military can aquire such things quite easily.

If a game freezes, then the problem is usually due to the PS3 overheating. The PS3 needs good airflow through the vents so make sure that you don't put it in a corner or in a place where the hot air won't linger around for long like near a window. Also, don't play for too long; give your PS3 a break every once in a while (1 minute breaks don't count) :)
