With power off, hold down top left corner button. Turn power on. When you see a Casio copyright message, let go of button. Press the right side of the subtotal button once then wait. it will return to REG mode. You might have to log on with your sign on code. That should do it. If you can't sign on or it won't operate, you may have lost the program (e.g if battery wasn't charged for long time). it will need to be re-programmed.
This company has the manuals if you need to do programming

You need to use the tables in the manual to generate an init code. This will depend upon country, monetary system etc so you need to use the tables to work out the number for your machine. That will reset all programming and load a basic program. Then you run through the manual to set your products, receipt message etc. there is no one way to set it up so the manual will guide you through. One thing to be aware of is the memory battery may have failed if not charged recently so you will lose programming again if battery old.

SOURCE: WE CURRENTLY HAVE A CASIO
Why do you need to master reset it? You will have a large amount of work to re-program it if you do.
If you are serious about it, you are going to need the programming manual so you can set the memory and machine features during the initialisation as it is not straight forward to reset a powerful machine such as this.
this manual will guide you through the master reset process and then you need to follow all of the tables for setting up:
