Does it have a removable control head? If so, be sure that it is correctly seated and snapped into place. Also be sure that all plugs are securely seated like power, clock, speaker and antenna plugs. Good luck

Check to make sure your vehicle does not have a factory amplifier. If you used a fit kit with wiring harness. try looking at how many wires were used in the factory unit compared to haw many you are using now. see if there are extra wires in the vehicle. If there is extra wires it is a pretty good clue the vehicle has an amplifier and will have to be rewired.

SOURCE: sub not working after installing the jensen vm9022 deck

reinstall the factory radio use a digital volt meter to see witch wire supplies voltage when radio is turned on and off, note placement on harness then verify this wire is hooked up on the output side aftermarket harness you may have to jump it to get the maps to turn on. tip you can carefully pull unused wire from harness example (dimmer wire orange white) and move it to the position needed to keep it a clean install .

You have to isolate yellow-black cabel. This cabel was in contact with earth and it was the reason, why you have Mute on the display.

How can I get sound from my radio

If a cable speaker is shorted to ground or (in your case) the short was on the casing the radio mutes the output to save the amp. So
remove all cables and put them back to the radio & connect the speakers one by one to see if it works or mutes again

No Sound from Jensen VM9725BT

Jimmie Monica Hey, Its not a problem with the unit. You have the blue or Blue/White wire hooked up wrong. Disconnect both the blue wire and the blue and white wire and I guarantee the sound starts working on everything. If you have one of those two wires hooked up for a power antenna or remote amp turn on, then switch which one you are using and that will fix the problem permanently. Disconnecting them both will get it to work though. I guarantee it. Please post back and let me know if it works for you. Thanks

My Crosley combination turntable/CD/cassette/AM & FM radio has recently started giving me fits. I bought it new in 2003 and, until a few months ago, it worked great. But now the turntable arm won't click...

my Crosley CR6007A-MA turntable's sound is very, very low. You can't even hear it barely. I haven't had it long at all and it wasn't broke due to any sort of abuse. I really have no idea why it would do this for no reason! Help!

Mute keeps activating by itself

easy guys ill explain, if you pull the deck out and expose the wiring in the back you will see a small pink wire with a plastic and metal end, that wire is your parking break bypass wire, wut i did with my car was created a switch, its very easy, all you need to do is go to radio and purchase a ON/Off switch, it will have only two metal connector ends on that switch, basically all ya gotta do is find a suitable grounding spot for the negative or OFF side of the switch and then for the positive side...you guessed it attach the pink wire to the positive side. I had to make the pink wire longer for my switch location so if you know how to solder I wuld reccomend doing that than any other ghetto method, such as electric taping it and calling it a day, ding that may damage the system in the future

Jensen vm9511ts cuts out

It sounds like the phone mute is going on and off, but I'm just guessing because I don't know your grounds, speaker wire hookup configuration, etc. Look at the screen when the music cuts off and goes back on and if you see a little red phone with the cross through speaker symbol (aka mute) it's probably the phone mute feature which is supposed to be hooked up to bluetooth and mute the stereo when you get a call. Like I said I'm just guessing, but if so there's a brown wire in the back that needs to be hooked up.
