Replace it at a Kalvin Klein store or one that carries their brand.

You should take it back to the supplier.

I know that the guarntees do not cover the strap but it is reasonable to expect a much longer life than this! The strap was "not suitable for purpose".

Its an 11mm band most jewelry stores will have that size, better yet ebay has some good deals I'm sure.

Just about any watch shop or jeweler will have a nice selection of replacement straps in whatever style you prefer and they will typically install the new strap you buy from them at no extra charge.

you have a bit of french I think stuck on your watch. it may have been a misprint, but I cannot be sure.
