Brother MFC-L2700DW Printer wireless setup
Turn on the printer and press Menu in the control panel to link your MFC-L2700DW Brother printer to a wireless network. Use the arrow key up or down, pick the option Network, and click OK. Open the choice for WLAN and press OK. Select Assistant Setup, and activate WLAN.
Sure you did not reset it to factory settings because it was without power to long? Just setup the WiFi connection again, with right name and password.
If you can click on your wifi and pick "forget" do that and then restart the tablet and try again. If that doesn't work try going to settings and resetting it to factory then it will be like a new one, if you can do it without wifi some tablets wont let you past the wifi screen until you sign on.
first check your wifi status . if status are disable please enable it .if it already enable but doesn;t work .please try to re install a wireless driver .
Open Control Pannel and click on Connect Wireless while your printer is on and reasy to use, the noise your hearing is the slide bar inside going back & forth, it normally does this when newly installed or when new ink is put in.
Is this printer new? have you used it before?
After clicking connect wireless, click setup wizzard, this will take you through steps to find your printer (sometimes finds it automatically) pick it from the list of printers it gives you (yours), before you do this dissable Firewall & Antivirus (these somtimes stop connections especially WiFi security reasons).
Pick your printer - Set up and away to go - happy printing.
I hope this solves your problem it did for me on two different printers - good Luck ;-)
