Internal checking circuits, most likely the high voltage circuit. Take off the rear cover. From where 120 volts AC, leads to a fuse, then to a small high voltage transformer, then a capacitor. Check DC voltage at the capacitor. For me it was 380 volts. This capacitor needed to be replaced. Samsung uses a 100 uf rated at 450 volts. Found some old power supplies and got two capacitors - 150 uf and 220 uf both rated at only 400 volts. Had to connect them in parallel making 370 uf. The voltage check was 391 volts, but my TV is now working.
