Solution:
CAUSE: Code F51-2 may be caused by a failed M11 fixing motor. To determine whether or not the motor has failed, use this procedure:
1. Enter the 47 mode (I/O check mode).
2. Input "40".
3. Input multicode "0". If the M11 motor turns, it is good; if it does not turn, the motor has failed.
SOLUTION: Replace the M11 motor (p/n 56AA80072 for 7222/7228/7235 and p/n 56GA73430 for 7145) if it has failed.

SOLUTION
Rewrite the data at
address “P47” in the
25 mode to “0”.
(1) Turn the main switch OFF.
(2) While pressing the numerical keys 2 and 5 of the copy
quantity setting button, turn the main switch ON. This
will enable the 25 Mode. The 25 Mode is used exclusively
to rewrite in memory and, therefore, does not
support normal copy operations.

1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON again while pressing the Utility/Counter key more than
10 seconds after.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. Turn off the Main Power Switch and turn it on again more than 10 seconds after, and
make sure that the machine properly starts.
