A contact number to reach Reheatza missing the lid handle no way to reach the company

Just contact CorningWare directly, a good company, they will help.

go onto their website and find a service desk number, and tell them your model number and ask if they can order you a new lid, i would imagine it would be fairly cheap, or even just the handle. probably only a few dollars. here is thier "contact us" webpage. and there is a customer service number 1-800-557-4825 and heres the webpage https://secure.rivalproducts.com/ContactUs.aspx

After being asked to call a number of different phone numbers, I was finally able to order a lid for this from the company that manufacturers this slow cooker for Sears.

1-800-361-4639

$25.90, shipped to the US (the company is located in Canada) for the lid.

The part # is: 1003kj.
Note that the Sears model number for the slow cooker is KKC275.
The Sears item # is 68332 (even though the plate on the cooker and manual both say that the MODEL number is 68332).

easy fix go down to your hardware store and buy a big wooden knob (like you would put on a cabnet to open it) it will even come with its own screw for .99 ! . you will have to snap off with a plyers and a screwdriver whats left of the old knob from the lid . but this fix works great and looks good too !

I had this same broken lid handle problem so I called the 800 number on the crock-pot.com website and got right through to a live person. Since my product is still under warranty (they asked for the manufacturing date code on the plug), instead of providing me a replacement part, which the very nice woman said is unavailable, they are sending me a whole new crock-pot. Not the same model (which the nice woman also said is unavailable) but a comparable unit which is OK with me. Maybe this is their solution to the lid hinge and handle problems.
