How do I register my nabi? Please visit this page and follow the steps to register your nabi. Please make sure that your nabi is connected to a WiFi network before registering. Link back /support/products/nabi#3.

1. Turn off your nabi Big Tab.
2. Press the Volume - button first, then press the Power button and hold them both until the system menu appears on the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Use the Volume - button to highlight "Recovery Mode," then press the Power button to select it.

Hi, maybe the charging connector is faulty and it needs to be replaced, it's better to take it to an authorized service center to be fixed.

Basically:
1) tap on mommy/daddy mode
2) click "Forgot Password" link
Nabi will send you instructions to the mommy account email.
If that fails, you can go to settings and do a factory reset to start all over.
