My Samsung hmx-f90 is stuck on samsung logo. How do I fix it?

Best for what? The answer depends entirely on the sort of pictures you intend to take and also the price you want to pay.

The Nikon is a stills camera with some video capability, the Samsung is a video camera with some stills capability. They're completely different.

If you want to take mostly stills, then go for the Nikon. If not then get the Samsung. it's a very poor video camera and an even worse stills camera, but the video quality is far better than on the Nikon. The Nikon is a very capable stills camera and worse than the Samsung for video.

If price is a major factor then the Nikon typically costs £90 and the Samsung is typically £80 (current UK prices).

1. Turn the power off first
2. Slide out the keyboard
3. Power on and press ad hold the 'R' Key
4. In Android system recovery use Vol keys to scroll up and down
5. Use the power key to make a selection.

If you cannot get to a recovery you will need to use ODIN to flash phone to factory state. this "should" fix anything unless phone itself is bad. Here is a ODIN guide for your phone. ODIN is official samsung flashing tools available for free from samsung. Good Luck.

All you need is Acrobat reader and you will be able to save it to you computer.
Just hover over the bottom left of the screen and the save, print etc. icons will appear.
