I don't know - Oseko isn't a brand I have heard of. Biscuit jointers are available in almost every price range and some are adjustable for angle as well as depth.
Buying a biscuit jointer is good if it will be used regularly but if not having a bunch of cash sitting on a shelf somewhere doesn't make much sense when Trend (and others) produce a router cutter that will do the job and a few more besides.

Because of standardized sizes of biscuits, the only blade you can and should use, is the same size that comes with the tool. Anything smaller will not create the right diameter groove for the biscuits to fit properly.
