Apparently, the Mickey Mouse ride-on train and tracks, seems to have been manufactured by Kiddieland International Ltd. (in Hong Kong.)
I have not found instructions for the Mickey Mouse ride-on train, other than it uses 6 D batteries. I hope you have already checked the batteries and inserted new ones.
