I have an Ingersoll Rand SH-300 Oil Free air compressor installed at my work. Today morning we went to start-up the compressor. but the unit was not starting. The display showed an VSD Error which we were able to reset from the HMI. However, the unit didn't start. We also observed that there is an additional HMI inside on its VSD/VFD, that shows 550VAC while actual voltage is 400VAC L-L. What could be causing the unit to read wrongly? and is there an interlock that prevents unit from starting up incase of overvoltage?
SOURCE: High oil pressure reading
Hi, this is a oil pressure sensor malfunction. the gauge is getting a distorted reading from the sensor. replacing the gauge will fix this issue. also, check the fuse box for blown fuses.

SOURCE: U61 ERROR ON DISPLAY
U-61 is a hardware error code. Usually means main board failure, however have found that a bad changer can also trigger that code since it connects directly to the main board.
