I emptied the tray of old ice, reset the arm (down)...will not make ice cubes in the bin. Door ice is ok. I empty the old ice from time to time and never have a problem.
If your door has ice the ice maker is working. Something is blocking the ice from filling the bin inside. Look for obstructions including frozen water.
If you don't see anything, you could let the frig completely defrost with the door open. Its winter, put the food in bins outside. Any tubes or pathways would defrost if that is the problem. A hair dryer on the ice maker and filling tubes would speed things up.
Make sure the ice level sensor arm is moving.
Either the ice maker or water valve is bad. Is there ice in the form?
There is plenty of ice inside the dispenser. Can get ice from the door. No ice in the bin; could the unit be frozen - area next to the arm?

Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then
try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell
you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear.

its the ice maker .water or condensation has built up in the ice maker modual and refroze upon turning unit back on.either get a new ice maker or uninstall the ice maker and let it dry for a few days and reinstall.but it could happen again that way.or maybe not.

The auger arm in the back of the freezer should be rotating to test this hold the door switch in and push the dispise button down. If it does not even try it could be the control switch on the door. the auger motor is a 120v motor and relatively strong. You can test to see if you can manually turn the arm it should trurn stiffly. Its alsoi a chance you don't have the been in place correctly.

Hi i have installed my american fridge freezer DAEWOO FRSU20DC but the ice cube maker don't seem to be working. There is not even any water going in to the ice cube tray but there is water going to the water one. Hope someone can help thanks

Yes, the inside dispenser is full of ice, works fine dispensing from the door. Could it be frozen inside? In the open part near the arm?
