Gaggia Titanium Brew Unit Blocked

I have the same problem, However I still get the Brew Unit Blocked error message even after removing the Brew Unit (and clicking the brew unit microswitch on with a piece of card to trick the unit into thinking the brew unit is in place). so it can;t be the Brew Unit module that is blocked. What else could casuse this problem??

Remove the brew unit, find the 2 screws above the top shower the connects the discharge tube to spout. Remove screws and carefully remove spring and ball some have a plastic seat at end of spring. Clean tube make sure there is no coffee grounds blocking tube, reassemble and test.

'Grinder Blocked' error message
The grounds chamber is clogged, you will have to open the machine and clean out the chamber on the side of the grinder, it is the one covered with the little door, you might be able to get to it if you dremove the brew unit.
