1- check ip in your printer software
2- give ip in yr pc same range
3- try ping to printer ip
4- if yr printer have html self support than simply type printer ip at yr browser check all parameter
5- add printer from control pannel with network printer option and five printer ip

Wired or Wireless or both?( I have no idea what you are connecting, Laptop , desktop, OS, equipment, etc.) Is the printer connected via a printer cable to your desktop or does the desktop have a wireless card?
