I own one. Most have a plug in the top of the trans/hydro case to the left and rear of the gear shift leaver. It takes a 3/4" drive to open it. I use an extention and brake bar or ratchet. The fluid should just all most reach the opening. the books state it should hold 8 to 10 gal. I have found my 460 Utility holds almost 20 gals.
I have a International mid sixties 460 tractor. Have drained fuel, changed fuel line and filter. Carb has been taken off cleaned no issues. Will start and run for a few minutes sometimes longer than others. Seems like there may be an issue with the governer. Any ideas what to try next. Thanks

universal hydraulic fluid is all we use it is used for the transmission and the hydraulics, about 25 bucks for 2.5 gallons, put in at the gear shift until it comes out plug below cluch pedal. Check any cenex gas station .
