There is ABSOLUTELY no way to tell if a watch is "real"
from the number on it... You should take it to a dealer
to get it properly authenticated.

(if some-one went to all the trouble to replicate a watch.. why would they not replicate a good number?)

1) The case number.
2) the movement number.
3) the serial number for the case +watch assembly.
