I have recently bought Nelson traveling rain train and its broken. The water shooting up on the sprinklers and i have tried to screw the plastic join bond and the problem persist. How do I resolve it? I am based in South Africa and we dont have manufactures of Nelson to buy a new pladtic join bond

You have to turn the water on! Just kidding check to see that the gear box or the place where the water goes into is not clogged try to take it apart and free up what ever is in there usually if you are in a hard water area it will gummed up with minerals. Good Luck Give it a try. Thumbs up..
