Konica minolta 2300dl I removed the transfer belt to check for jams now cannot get it to line up the right side screw will line up but the left side does not

this is not a car or truck question. I am also a tech however and you may need to replace the whole belt module depending on your model. you may need to contact Minolta technical support for proper assistance with this one

Transfer belts for the C550 series models are normally replaced by technicians. If you order the belt to install yourself, you turn off main power, open right side cover, locate guide plate under current belt, loosen thumb screw and remove plate, remove 2 screws securing the belt locks, remove front cable support on right side cover to lower cover, then pull belt out right side of machine. Install new belt in reverse order.
I would recommend a trained technician as the belts can become easily damaged.

1st from the front Open the door and removed all Imaging unit start from the black. 2nd from the left side when your facesing the c450 Open remove the waste box. 3rd from there you will see the transfer belt on both side of it you will see screw just under the transfer belt loose it. Slide the transfer belt toward you.

The transfer roller is the sponge looking roller at ea. Replacing the transfer belt mite also be a good idea.ch end of the roller should be clips allowing it to be removed

Waste toner motor. Remove the Waste toner box and transfer belt ensure the waste toner box is not jammed up and check the transfer belt toner removal section is OK. Also check the gears on the left side of the waste toner box is ok and the machine gears ok not jammed. could also have a jam in the internal tube that runs the old toner to waste toner box get a tech out to check

Transfer belt on this model is removed via left and right side of the machine two screws on the right side remove then the belt is pulled from the left side

Unit is in the right side cover. New one should have instructions with it, but I think you unlock a handle and swap, then lock handle again.

the fuser needs to be replace

Two screws front and rear need to be removed before the belt will come out, it is light sensitive so keep it in the dark.

fix your cartridge again to its position .
also check there is not any paper jam.
open back side case of printer then check thee is not any papaper jam.
