You can appeal to Amazon.com's Customer Service department. Once your free period has elapsed, it automatically becomes a "Paid Membership". If you haven't used any Prime Benefits outside the free window you can receive a refund of the full amount. Their policy on cancellation of Prime membership reads as follows: "Paid members who haven't placed an Amazon Prime eligible order are eligible for a full refund. 4. Do that for all prime factors
