ou will need to reset it. Take out any memory card in it if you have one and SIM card to save your contacts. First for a hard reset reboot type *#7780# on the stand by screen. It will ask to restore all settings, click yes. It will then restart and type the default 12345 number. Then go to Menu, Tools, Settings, General, Factory reset.
The *#7370# code is a soft reset. This is done similar at stand by screen type *#7370# and then select "restore all phone settings". It will restart and type 12345 in the for the factory default code.
There is also the three finger salute too. Take the battery out and wait for about 20 minuets. Once you put it back in press and hold the green dial key, the star key (*), and the three (3) key together. Power on the device and wait until you see the Welcome screen and then release the keys, not before. Then just let it finish its boot up and you are done.
