I have a Kenwood steam jet sc114 and have lost the manual. I cannot undo the top where the water goes. Could you please assist me with this. I have looked online for instructions but no luck. Thanks

On the Kenwoodworld site, I found that the capacity is 350ml. However, I also read on a different page that they are prone to leaking if you over fill them. You are probably better to try 300ml and see how it goes. here is the page.

I can only guess since I have never worked on one of these units, but I think you lost a gasket on the cap. Pressure must build in the reservoir before being forced out the nozzle.

water not getting into the base of my kenwood steam mop 5000, how do i fix this?

The clean solution with the shampoo mixed in goes into the top tank, and when you **** up the water it goes into the lower tank.

Please open the top white lid and unscrew the top black knob with instruction on the back of white lid.

We lost our manual for our Hoover steam vac; set it up and water doesn't release. What’s the problem?

I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. You can get the owner’s manual from the Hoover factory that I will list below and as per the water doesn’t release, it could be the trigger assm that maybe got disconnected and or broken and that could be why the water is not coming out. If you purchased it less than one year it would be covered under the one year Hoover factory warranty, so free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer or the Hoover fact website or cust serv @ the phone # listed below.
