1. The washing machine may shut off unexpectedly if the water supply is slowed.

2. Also some new models may stop automatically if sense that there are too many suds in the washing machine tub.

3. And of course, the most common reason - the washing machine may stop unexpectedly if the motor overheats in order to protect the motor from serious or permanent damage.

My keurig turns itself ON... Keurig tells me it has nothing to do with the recall they have going on now.

I am afraid I have no idea on these machines though I had a quick look on their website to read an instruction book on a couple, as a former service engineer and a bit long in the tooth I have never liked items that can turn on alone, but times change.
Well two things strike me one is you can set a time for it to come on in its settings, or locate the system reset default also in its menu.
This will wipe out any other settings made but will bring it back to a start point, if after that it still wants to turn on it would need a repair before any other problems arise.

Hope this helps.....

I changed the ink but the machine keeps turning off. I put the old ink back and then I tried to print again, it keeps coming up error. I have reinstalled the printer and restart my computer but it keeps...

For safety, this machine will power itself off if there is a fuser heat control issue. The fuser is AC and the power off is a safety feature to prevent a fire. Take the printer to a qualified repair facility.

Machine turns on and off by itself and keeps doing it

Hubby says it could be a stuck button. Otherwise there could be a fault with your front control panel. Feel special, he's never come across that before!

My almost new Keurig (which I LOVE) keeps shutting down

I am having the same problem and will report back here if I find an answer. If I keep turning mine back on, wait for it to go off by itself. Turn it back on again...and again. Eventually I can get a cup of coffee. But my one-minute coffee cup usually takes 15 or 20 minutes.

Mine was a gift, so I'll probably just see if I can swap it out.

Cuz that's some good coffee.

Phone keeps turning on the answering machine all by itself.

figure out how many times it takes for your phones answering machine to automatically turn on, then call your phone company and have them limit the number of times your phone rings. like say at 14 rings if it auto answers at 15 rings.
