Hi and welcome to FixYa!
If your going to use a password recovery cd.. you should use the free one below.. as it works far better
http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/download.php?type=livecd
you cannot just burn the image you download though, you need a special program to make it into a readable disk..
Here is a link to the free special program
http://fileforum.betanews.com/download/ImgBurn/1128426215/1
download and install imageburn.. and once installed, use imageburn to burn the disk
when you open image burn, you will have six options, select burn iso image to disk
then select the first file we downloaded, the oph live cd file
once burned to disk, boot the computer from that disk, and reset the password.
You can also take the alternative of wiping your computer, but you will lose all information you have stored on it such as pics, files and applications. It will set it back to factory.

Download the drivers from Fujitsu or it will never be correct. Once you have all required drivers, it should be fine, assuming Fujitsu support Win7 that is.

Check the CPU cooling fan. It is running, and if so, running correctly? Check the heat sink for the CPU cooler. They get clogged with dirt and cause overheating. Use canned air and blow out the heat sink to clear it of dirt and debris. DO NOT remove the CPU cooler to clean it. There is special thermal material on the heat sink to properly transfer heat. Removal will damage this and render the fan ineffective unless you have replacement materials available.
You can usually check the CPU temperature in the BIOS to ensure that the cleaning effort has worked.
Testimonial: "Thanks I pulled the heat sink off and replaced the thermal paste. Now it works fine!"
