Wounds not properly treated can yield infections. Some tissue may have to be removed and in order for that to be done, a vet will anethetize the animal. This is not a DIY process.

I want to remove st bernard iprism

It appears to be part of the ASK toolbar. Remove that from your system. I had this as well. I was infuriated, what software was blocking sites from me? They don't have my permission to block sites! I uninstalled the ASK toolbar and the problem was solved. Give that a try!
