SOURCE: All Surface elements are dead

Sounds like you might have a bad oven surface control board also called power board. The part # is 316239400. It is located on the left hand side about mid way down on the back of the oven. First, disconnect power and make sure all connections on board are tight. Plug back in and make sure you have power to that board if possible with a meter. If all check ok then the board is bad.

SOURCE: Freezer is cold, fridge is warm; replaced main board already

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper) between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it. Make sure this fan is running. You may have to hold the door switch in for it to run. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp.
The problem could be the electronic control if you have one or the mechanical linkages.

Main system control memory IC fault. This is a very small IC; have 8 solder terminals, and can be located very near to the main system control-chroma IC. Check and replace it. Be sure to replace it with the same number printed on it; in all respect. Otherwise, it won't go. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

I have replace the front panel of my kithchenaid fridge model KFIS25XVMS9 code 1813 but it doesn't work.

It is easy to make a mistake in the instructions below so pay close attention to the instructions or they will not work until you do.
Programming Mode:

NOTE: The Program Code is located on the Serial Plate on this unit after the word "Code."

1. Press and hold the Door Alarm Keypad .

2. Press and hold Freezer Temperature Down Keypad within 3 seconds .

3. Release the Door Alarm Keypad and wait 3 seconds.

4. The control will display PE to indicate the programming mode.

5. Entry is confirmed by pressing the Freezer Temperature Down Keypad once more.

6. The control will display the current Program CODE. This value should be validated with the Program CODE printed on the unit serial plate. NOTE: If the Program CODE is correct, the Programming Mode is exited by pressing Door Alarm Keypad for 3 seconds.

7. Press the Refrigerator Temperature Up Keypad or Refrigerator Down Keypad to change the digit value with each key press.

8. The decimal point indicates the selected digit. Press the Freezer Temperature Up Keypad to select the next digit.

9. Once the desired Program CODE is entered, press and hold the Freezer Temperature Down Keypad until the Program CODE begins flashing indicating it has been saved. NOTE: If you attempt to enter an invalid Program CODE the control will not save the new code, but will beep. (The unit will NOT run with a Program CODE of 0000).

Once the Program CODE has been saved the Programming Mode is exited by pressing any key. If the new code is incorrect this process should be repeated. The Programming mode can be exited at any time by pressing Door Alarm key for 3 seconds or will exit if unattended for four minutes.

Oven keypad is completely black but inside oven lights work. does keypad have a separate fuse?

Yes. Many of these have a display thermal fuse that is part of the wiring harness that connects to the board... it should have continuity. WP4451042. Almost all models have what is called the "oven shut-down thermal fuse" which is on the back of the machine ( you have to pull it out of the wall and remove the back panel) and looks like this KitchenAid Range Stove Oven Thermal Fuse WP9759242

Kitchenaid superba kgsc308lssc keypad not working

Hello Ron,
On that touch pad not working do any button at all work?? its not a uncommon thing for the touch pad to quit working,in some case its just a matter of making sure the plug on it has a good connection where it plugs into the control board. If certain button work while others don't its a sign that the control board itself is good and the problem lies within the touch pad and it would need to be replaced. It may possible as to clean the connection of the ribbon cable on the touch pad by using a pencil eraser and try cleaning the ends of the ribbon cable, again if that doesn't work the touch pad would need need to be replaced . On that model the touch pad is integrated onto the control console and the part number for it is 9782418CB just so ya know its pricey (over $200 )
Good luck,GENE

The does not completely close and one light is green and one yellow i see no disruption. then it opens up again what can i do?

Color of lights doesn't matter. If the main light flashes 10 times when the door reverses it is a door sensor problem. Make sure they are not flickering ever so slightly. Tweak them a little. On the rear of the motor unit there is a small LED. Check to see if it is flashing a code. It will flash a number of times, pause and then repeat. Near where that LED Is you will find the down force adjustment. Increase it about 1/4 turn and try. If the LED is flashing code 5 you most likely have a bad RPM sensor board which is a small printed circuit board just in front of the motor.

Opener reverses on the down cycle but the sensors are properly alligned.

If the main light flashes 10 times when the door reverses it is a door sensor problem. If the main light doesn't flash it could be something as simple as the down force needing to be increased a bit. This control is on the rear of the motor unit near where all those white wires go. You may have a bad RPM sensor board which is a printed circuit board just in front of the motor.

Error code of E1 F2 on a kitchenaid double wall oven. What does that mean?

F2 - E1
Keypad cable unplugged
1.
Check keypad connector for firm connection (keypad connects to control
board).
2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 seconds, replace
keypad (also called touch pad or membrane switch). Some models incorporate
keypad in to control board as one unit. In this case, replace control board
(also called ERC or clock).
