If you installed the oven without the door on, open the door completely, then turn the power off at the breaker, then go upstairs and shut the door and then go back downstairs and turn the power back on. if that doesn't work call for service.

I, too, have lost my manual and none of the timers work. I can never remember how long to run the clean cycle for, but will turn it off as it has been a little over 2hours and your post mentions 1.5hours.
I initiate the cleaning cycle by completing steps mentioned above and then turning the top dial (which has a clean range on it) clockwise until the clean light comes on. I then just time it by my watch to turn it all off. Then I wait a couple of hours before attempting to open the door. Don't forget to take the racks out, they are not suppose to go through the Clean cycle.
Good Luck,
Linda

SOURCE: "Door Locked" flashing on GE Oven JTP15 - can't unlock

The problem may very well be in one of the micro switches on the self cleaning motor bracket. These switches control the electrical flow to the heating elements. In the owners manual there is/should be a chart that lists the unlock and safety combinations. This would be your best source of information.

SOURCE: self cleaning oven error code FSEO

Probably a bad door lock solenoid. That is some kind of door lock problem. Trouble is they are not all the same. This training manual shows locations of model number. Perhaps if you post that I might can come up with a tech sheet and you would get a better answer. see page 4

Frigidaire electric wall oven wont open error code f90

Error Code E90 typically means that you have a faulty motor door latch, lock motor assembly, door light switch or a defective EOC. You would need this to be diagnosed by a professional technician in order to properly repair the wall oven.

My self cleaning oven door lock will not come unlocked. is there a way to do it manually.

Try removing the power from the appliance for at least 30 minutes (unplug it or turn off the breaker).

Turn it back on after the wait time has passed and see if the door will release. If not, you may have a bad oven door interlock switch or bad board.

I replaced the WBX20154 glowbar for my oven as

The model number on a built in oven is usually found on the oven frame, just behind the oven door. (should be a metal tag, or silver sticker) It is NOT LIKELY that the oven valve is bad. (although if you have a self clean model, they would have seperate valves for bake and broil)
When the oven is turned on, there should be 120 volts across the ignitor. You can test the igniter by putting one wire into the left side and one into the right side of a standard recepticle, but you have to be careful with bare wires and the ignitor gets hot very quickly, and stays hot for awhile, so if you try it, be very careful. I'm assuming that your original ignitor was a round one also (not a flat one). It is very important to use the same type as the original.
I suspect you have a poor electical connection. Make sure wires are stripped back about 1/2 inch, then make sure the ceramic wire nuts are tight when installed.

After doing a self clean, the panel now flashes locked

thermal protector has caused lockout. happens w/ self clean a lot. it's a small thermostat device most likely on the rear of the oven. oven need to be pulled from wall to check/replace. you may have to open door w/a coat hanger if it's locked to get the door open to allow access to screws to allow removal of oven from wall if it's a built in. unplug it before doing anything. fuse is under back cover size of a bottle cap, 2 wires, should be "closed" normally. replace or spray w/freon to "reset" it.

Interior oven light won't shut off.

Hi, i would check the pressure switch and its connection as well. either the switch is malfunctioning or the wires and connectors are corroded. simply replacing the wires or switch will fix this issue. the switch is usually located on the rim of the inside of the oven door. it will make contact with the oven door and as the oven door closes, the pressure switch is depressed inwards, thus, opening the circuit and cutting power to the light.

Please rate and god bless:)

GE Elec oven JT952-30" blinks the "lock" after self-clean

Try unplugging power cord or trip circuit breaker, to cut the power to the appliance, then wait one or towo hours for the oven to cool down completely.

If the door stays locked, then there is a fault, probably a faulty temp probe that had blown because of high temperatures generated on self cleaning, or a defective control assembly. In that case you will need to call a technician to take apart the oven and fix the fault.

Enter model number here to find assembly diagrams and parts.
