Hi, there is a single bolt in the middle of the clutch. Once undone, the clutch assembly should slide off the crankshaft. If not, it is seized on the shaft and will require the use of a puller. Try soaking the shaft in crc or inox first. Regards Phil.

I would check the air filter, but I doubt that is the general problem. I would think that would have started the problem, but, You most likely tried to start it "right after you washed it",,,and you might have sucked, (for lack of a better word),,some condensation, "water", into the carb....in which case,,,,best scenio,,,,Spray a bit of carb cleaner into the air intake, but only after you clean",air filter" that before. And if that doesn't work,,,,then you would have to clean and drain the water out of the gas,,,,,and carb...............Check the spark plug too, and clean it,,with ethanol in our gas now,,,,,,,,,,,It can really mess with just about anything.....my car and my lawn mower....are a constant "mess"
