If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

If you can see an image with a flashlight and you can control the tv with the remote then the main board is not the problem. You've replaced the LED driver board, so that leaves the LED strips inside the LCD panel as the likely problem.

If you have backlights its not going to be the tcon for future reference. you have some shorted or open LEDs in the panel. Check the voltage going to the LED sets, should be 100 plus volts

You have some bad LED lamps in the panel, its not a fun job to get at them and change them but if you watch a couple vids it should give you an idea how to do it, other issue is cost as the light strips can be expensive depending on the set and its size...Good luck!!
