SOURCE: change ringtone
With the handset on the hook press the conf button (the one with three phones on it).
The phone should ring with your current ringtone. Each press of the conf button will advance to the next tone.
pick up the handset and put it down again to select the ringtone.
I think there are 8 to choose from.

Sounds like you changed your line selection. Changing line selection on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11.
At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
Next press the left hand intercom twice
The display should say system programming
Press the right hand intercom once. The display should say Centralized Programming.
Enter in the extension number that you want to program.
enter **
press the lit line in the order you want the to be used, i.e. line 2 then line 3 then line 4 etc.
enter ** when finished with line selection
.
Press feature "00" to logout
Hope that helps
SOURCE: How do you program Auto Dials for BIS-34D?
We have these exact phones in our Central Control Room. We do not have instruction manuals for them either and they are discontinued. However, I figured out how to program external phone numbers into the speed dialer.
First, put the switch on the left-hand side of the phone (near the handset) to the "P" position. This will make all the lights and ringer go off. You are now in program mode. Next, press a button on the right-hand side of the phone that you would like to program a number to (say the top, right button). Press the button and it should say "blank." Then, go ahead and enter the telephone number that you want for that button. You should see the number appear in the digital display up top. After you've done this, press the top, right button again and this programs the number into that particular button!
Repeat the above steps for multiple auto-dialers going on down the column.
I hope this helps!
