There is a control on refrigerator that controls the amount of cold air that is directed from freezer to refrigerator section. Locate that control and lower the amount of cold air going into refrig.

You didn't say what size or model Sanyo you have, but the solution is easy. I have a Sanyo under the counter refrigerator in which the glass over the crisper is 1/8" thick frosted glass, 16" by 6 3/4" with the two back corners cut off diagonally. The frosting is simply to prevent you seeing through into the crisper below. It is maybe fifteen minutes work with a piece of window glass and a glass cutter to make a replacement. My full size refrigerator uses 1/4" glass since it is much larger and I have replaced it myself this way. If you don't have a glass cutter -- they are cheap and available in all harware stores -- you should be able to get any hardware store to make the cuts for you. They are accustomed to making custom cuts for people replacing their own windows. The have, and I use, what is known as an oil cutter which is a lot easier to use than the little hardened steel wheel cutters you will get if you buy a cheap one. Those work fine for straight cuts. Oil cutters make curver cuts equally easy to do.

It used to cost about $25, but is no longer available from the distributor I use. Hopefully the part number will help. Realize that most universal remotes should work just fine. Just be sure to get one that has a menu button.
